 ABOUT HIMALAYAN SALT

The same replenishing nutrients that make Himalayan Pink salt prized in the gourmet world make it an absolute treasure as a bath salt. Naturally rich in 84 nourishing and skin-replenishing minerals, bathing with Himalayan Pink bath salt is a renewing and therapeutic experience for the mind & body. This 250-million-year-old Jurassic-era Sea salt is known for its healing properties. It is known for stimulating circulation, soothing sore muscles, helping to reduce acid reflux, lowering blood pressure, and removing toxins. Himalayan Pink salt's vivid pink color results from the salt's trace elements, including energy-rich iron. These naturally present minerals are essential for human health and are readily absorbed through bathing therapies. Himalayan salt has long been praised for its healing benefits! I've always sought out natural, Organic, and Kosher Certified standards.

Sharing the Conscious Creation Vibe

Offering full disclosure, as I'm sharing a DIY recipe, it's only fair to share how I've always created my recipes. I use a Spurling Ring around the making of a creation, relaxing music in the background, or often particular Hz resonate music that energetically corresponds or resonates with a result. Beforehand, per my Spiritual Practice, I say a prayer calling on the Plant and Mineral Kingdoms Spirits I'm using in my creation, and this is personal to us all, so you will have to find your special prayer. I am grateful to God, Creator of ALL. As a Reiki Master, I do Reiki the finished product before storage. I make it with unlimited LOVE and mother natures naturally healing properties. Because that's how I roll, consciousness matters to me personally.

I mix everything with my clean hands, or you could use Nitrile gloves in a wide lip Stainless Steel bowl, tossing and mixing all ingredients well. I use Wisdom of the Earth essential oils, available under the single essential oils on my website, or you may have a conscious supplier you trust and use. Your essential oils must be high-quality, pure, natural, organic, or wildcrafted as you'll ingest through your skin.
